Mit direktem Zugang \u00fcber eine <strong>asphaltierte Stra\u00dfe<\/strong> &#8211; 820 Meter neben dem Asphalt &#8211; und einer \u00fcberwiegend flachen Topografie bietet dieses Land ideale Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht und verbindet Produktivit\u00e4t und nat\u00fcrliche Sch\u00f6nheit an einem Ort. <\/p><p>Dieses Feld in La Uni\u00f3n besteht aus <strong>zwei Teilen<\/strong> und <strong>wird land-, vieh- und forstwirtschaftlich genutzt<\/strong>. Die B\u00f6den sind in die Klassen 1, 2 und 5 eingestuft, was ein breites Spektrum an produktiven T\u00e4tigkeiten erm\u00f6glicht. Sch\u00e4tzungen zufolge besteht das Feld zu 50 % aus <strong>einheimischem, meist erneuerbarem Wald<\/strong> (mit Arten wie Myrte, Zimt, Hualles und Coihues) und zu 50 % aus <strong>sauberen Wiesen<\/strong>, die als Anbaufl\u00e4chen oder Weiden genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/p><p>Im nord\u00f6stlichen Teil <strong>grenzt das Gebiet  auf einer L\u00e4nge von 1,8 Kilometern an den Fluss<\/strong>, was einen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen nat\u00fcrlichen und landschaftlichen Wert darstellt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt das Grundst\u00fcck \u00fcber <strong> innereStra\u00dfen<\/strong>, was die Verlegung und Projektion von Unterteilungen oder Arbeitsbereichen erleichtert. <\/p><p>Der Anschluss an das Stromnetz ist durch das Unternehmen Saesa m\u00f6glich, die Masten stehen an der Stra\u00dfe. Wie f\u00fcr Wasser, ist ein APR-Projekt in Arbeit f\u00fcr das Gebiet. Es hat den ganzen Tag \u00fcber eine hervorragende Sonneneinstrahlung und ist vollst\u00e4ndig mit Holzpf\u00e4hlen eingez\u00e4unt.  <\/p><p>Der Bauernhof in La Uni\u00f3n, \u00d1ancul\u00e9n, liegt nur <strong>30 Minuten von der Stadt La Uni\u00f3n<\/strong> und <strong>1 Stunde vom Flughafen Ca\u00f1al Bajo de Osorno<\/strong> entfernt und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine gute Anbindung und Telekommunikationsabdeckung.
