We invite you to visit this small farm of 6.23 hectares located at the beginning of the coastal mountain range with estuary, river and a beautiful view, just one hour west of Puerto Varas.<\/p>\n

The property is accessed from Route 5 by a mostly paved road that passes through Estaci\u00f3n R\u00edo fr\u00edo and then leads to the Llico Bajo beach resort. To reach the camp, the road is 4.2 km long and is in the process of being paved. <\/span><\/p>\n

A power line runs along the public road that adjoins the property. In addition, there is abundant water through springs, an estuary called Picaflor and a river called Pato llico. And in the sector, there is a good telephone signal.<\/span><\/p>\n

The property has no buildings and is fenced along most of its perimeter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The small field, which is oriented to the north, has a flat meadow with a nice view, ideal for building a house or a tourist complex. Then, it shows a gentle slope and finally a medium slope until it reaches the river.<\/span><\/p>\n

The property has mostly renoval and old native forest near the river, with a predominance of Coigue, Canelo, Avellano, Rabal, Ma\u00f1io, Ulmo and Timeo.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for Fauna you can see Foxes, Hares, Chucao, Wet Wet, Tiuque among others.<\/span><\/p>\n

The field has tourist potential because it is adjacent to a road that will soon be paved and that in the future will have a strong flow towards the coast in the area of Llico bajo.<\/span><\/p>\n

The property is relatively close to the coast, where it is starting a strong development due to its paradisiacal places such as Llico Bajo, Puerto Godoy, Quenir and Estaquilla.<\/span><\/p>\n
