It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall, logia, open kitchen with daily dining room, pantry and a desk. Its construction is in native wood, with wooden floors, thermopanel windows and heating with two stoves at slow combustion. It has hot water tincture, five terraces facing both volcanoes and the wetland and a roofed gallery with views of the landscape. The house also has CCTV in the entrance, internal road and perimeter. It&#8217;s sold amoblada.<\/p>\n<p>The property offers a clear view of the Calbuco volcano and three other volcanoes next to a mountain cord. The forest of the property has internal roads. There is a single neighbor at 800 meters, which provides privacy.<\/p>\n<p>The nearest city is Puerto Montt. El Tepual Airport is 35 minutes away. There is public transport in the asphalt area, with a daily bus to Puerto Montt. There is a signal available from Wom, Movistar and Entel. Nearby attractions include Tenglo Island, Lahuen \u00d1adi Natural Monument, Llanquihue Lake and Calbuco Volcano.<\/p>\n<p>The climate is ocean temperate, characterized by moderate temperatures throughout the year, fresh summers between 11 and 20 degrees and winters between 4 and 11 degrees.
