We invite you to visit this 8.6 hectare high altitude camp, one hour west of Puerto Varas, with a beautiful view of green fields and volcanoes.<\/p>

The property is accessed from Estaci\u00f3n R\u00edo Frio to the west, along a road that is currently paved up to 4 km before the site. Then, you must continue along a gravel road that is in the process of being paved, and finally turn onto a 1.8-km-long, well-maintained easement.<\/p>

The campito is located at the beginning of the coastal mountain range, facing northeast, with a great view of the R\u00edo Frio station, Puerto Varas and the Calbuco, Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes, among others.<\/p>

The power line runs through the property, there is water from a spring, and there is a stream with abundant water that does not dry up in the summer. In addition, there is an excellent telephone signal.<\/p>

On the other hand, in the sector of the property that is close to the road and entrance, it has a clear meadow with gentle slopes, ideal for building the house, and then a slope that steepens until it reaches the estuary, allowing the development of a lot of possibilities.<\/p>

The property has 40% grassland and 60% native trees. The lower part of the forest has ancient trees and a great biodiversity and fauna, ideal for nature lovers.<\/p>

Within the flora you will find Canelo, Ciruelillo, Rodal, Ulmo, Array\u00e1n, Luma, Meli, Lingue, Tepa and Ma\u00f1\u00edo, among others.<\/p>

Nearby there is a post office, mini market, school and church. In addition, to stock up on everything you need, the small town of Los Muermos is just 25 minutes away.<\/p>

Finally, the property is relatively close to the coast, where you can access paradisiacal places such as the Llico Bajo beach, Puerto Godoy, Quenir and Caleta Estaquilla.<\/p>
