We invite you to a beautiful manor house set in a large park. This farm in Rengo has a plantation of almond trees, all within an area of 9 hectares. The site is ideal for a thematic tourism project, leisure, relaxation or housing.<\/p>\n

The field in Rengo, Tipaume sector is 1:30hrs from Santiago.<\/span>The property has a large house of approximately 600m\u00b2. It is located within a 1.5 hectare park.<\/span><\/p>\n

Description of the house<\/strong><\/p>\n

The house is distributed in two independent living quarters (or sections), an outside apartment and a cellar. All share the kitchen, dining room, main living room and a large access gallery with a beautiful stained glass window.<\/p>\n

The first wing has a living room with fireplace, an en suite bedroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second wing has an access gallery with fireplace, two en-suite bedrooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
