El Castaño Plots, the ideal place to have your refuge near Curicó!

Ecoparque El Castaño is a project of plots located on a mountain range between 500 and 800 meters above sea level, with a beautiful panoramic view and only 32kms southeast of Curico, Maule Region.

The project of approximately 60 total hectares is covered with rich native vegetation and a great diversity of fauna. Together with its accessibility, view and proximity to the city, it is the ideal place to have a space for rest, recreation and even a first home.

Wildlife and preservation

In flora we can find: oak, coigue, cypress, quillay, boldos, myrtle, copihue, coile, rosehip and maqui among others. In fauna we can see culpeo fox, pudú, quique, rabbit, eagle, condor and wood pigeon.

In order to comply with the objective of preserving the environment and achieving a healthy community coexistence, each owner will be required to adhere to the Bioespacio Protective Community, subscribing to protocols regarding the treatment of waste, sewage, types of construction and socio-environmental behaviors.

At 2kms from the project, in the Potrero Grande sector, there are police officers, a post office, two supermarkets, a church, and a school. And in the vicinity of the site is the English Park (seven cups), La Invernada, Buchen Park and the hacienda of Zapallar.
