8. Use of YouTube API Services

Produncan Lands SpA uses an internal tool that connects to the YouTube API Services to upload videos of the properties it markets to its own YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@produncanpropiedades) and to set their title, description, thumbnail, playlist and subtitles. The tool is used only by the Produncan Lands team, with the company's channel account. It is not available to the public or to other users.

By using the YouTube API Services, Produncan Lands SpA is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Data accessed: only the OAuth authorization for the Produncan channel account, needed to upload and edit its own videos, and the IDs of the videos the tool uploads. No data from other users or other channels is accessed, nor any comments, messages, subscribers or statistics.

Use, storage and disclosure: the authorization token and the video IDs are stored only on Produncan Lands' internal computers, are used solely to manage the channel's videos, and are not sold or shared with third parties.

Revocation and deletion: the tool's access to the channel can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Once access is revoked, or upon request through the contact channels listed in this policy, the token and the data obtained from the API are deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
