Located in the Ilque area of Puerto Montt, this 68.54-hectare farm combines a large agricultural area with natural zones of high ecological value. Access is easy, via a paved road from Puerto Montt with only the final 800 metres on well-maintained gravel. The property has its own tax roll (rol) and agricultural land use.

It is built from native timber, with wooden floors, double-glazed windows and heating from two slow-combustion stoves. It also has a hot tub, five terraces facing both the volcanoes and the wetland, and a covered gallery overlooking the landscape. The house has CCTV at the entrance, along the internal road and around the perimeter, and is sold furnished.

The property enjoys unobstructed views of the Calbuco volcano and three other volcanoes along a mountain range. The forest has internal trails, and there is only one neighbour, 800 metres away, which ensures privacy.

The nearest city is Puerto Montt, and El Tepual airport is 35 minutes away. Public transport runs along the paved road, with one daily bus to Puerto Montt. There is mobile coverage from Wom, Movistar and Entel. Nearby attractions include Tenglo Island, the Lahuen Ñadi Natural Monument, Lake Llanquihue and the Calbuco volcano.

The climate is temperate oceanic, with moderate temperatures all year round: cool summers between 11 and 20 °C and winters between 4 and 11 °C. Rain is frequent even in summer, which keeps the landscape green and ensures the abundant water supply the area is known for.
