The farm is reached via a gravel road in good condition, followed by a 300-metre easement. There is also an internal track that leads to the upper part of the farm.

The flora consists mainly of lenga beech, calafate, orchard grass, mata negra and clover. Wildlife includes foxes, deer, pumas, wild boar, condors, woodpeckers, pitíos, coliparados, huet-huets and chucaos.

Surroundings and attractions

Very close to the upper boundary of the farm there is a beautiful lagoon on public land. Nearby you will also find Laguna Brava, Lago Norte, Cerro Catedral and the Ñirehuao River, where you can fish for salmon and trout.

The farm was previously used for cattle fattening and occasional firewood extraction, and a lot of mineral deposits have been found in some of the creeks.

The sedimentary rocks and lush native forests of its mountain ridges display numerous fascinating formations, a delight for geologists and nature lovers alike.
