This spectacular 150.9 hectare field is located in the Los Ríos Region, in the commune of La Unión. With direct access by paved road -820 meters adjacent to the asphalt- and a mostly flat topography, this land offers ideal conditions for agricultural and livestock development combining productivity and natural beauty in the same place.

This farm in La Unión is composed of two roles, and has agricultural, livestock and forestry land use, with soils classified as class 1, 2 and 5, which allows for a wide range of productive activities. Estimates indicate that the farm is distributed in 50% of native forest, mostly renewable (with species such as myrtle, cinnamon, hualles and coihues) and 50% of clean grasslands, usable for planting or grazing.

In its northeastern sector, the farm borders the river for 1.8 linear kilometers, which adds exceptional natural and scenic value. In addition, the property has interior roads, which facilitates the displacement and projection of subdivisions or work areas.

There is feasibility of electrical connection through the company Saesa, with poles located on the road. As for water, an APR project is in process for the area. Sun exposure is excellent throughout the day, and it is completely fenced with wooden posts.
