Access to the macro-lots is by crossing the fjord from Puerto Natales by boat or barge, in a trip of approximately 10 minutes. The tender for regular barge service has already been approved, so a stable, daily service is expected soon. This point will also mark kilometer 0 of the Carretera Austral, reinforcing its strategic value. Once on the other side, a public road, maintained by Vialidad (Chile's national roads authority), leads directly to the lots, ensuring quick, safe, and unrestricted access. Each lot borders this road, making entry and connectivity to the area easier.

The land is mostly flat, with forest and gentle slopes, which makes building a home easier. Most lots also have views of the fjord.

Although there is currently no electric power installed, owners have the option of choosing renewable solutions such as solar panels and wind turbines, backed by various government subsidies due to the extreme-zone location. Each owner will be able to drill their own well, in compliance with the regulations of the Dirección General de Aguas (DGA). In addition, the real estate company offers a project to capture water from higher points and distribute it to each lot, and in the future, an APR well could be developed for greater access to potable water.
