Campo La Colina, Llanada Grande – Lagos Region

In the heart of the Puelo Valley, surrounded by mountains, rivers and native forests, is Campo La Colina: a virgin, self-sustaining and unique property in its type. With a total area of 206 hectares, this property combines productive agricultural areas, mature forest areas and large meadows, all in a natural environment of exceptional beauty. The main winery is large enough to be enabled as a home if desired. The hot water system is operated by firewood and thermo tank, and the heating is by slow combustion.

As an additional element, the field has a subdivision project approved by SAG, consisting of 33 lots in total, including 28 units under one hectare, four macro lots and a lot greater than 146 hectares. Among these is a lot of 4.6 hectares that concentrates the main facilities, including the employer’s house, the caretaker’s house, the galapos, the woodshed, the generator’s house, the production annexes, the hens, the apple trees and the corrals.
