The property also has two streams that end in the Rio Blanco and marks the boundary on the south side. It also has several watercourses that intersect with the creek and the white river.

The upper and lower part of the field are flat and the rest with medium slope, mostly with a clean native forest and easy to walk, composed mostly by lengas and to a lesser extent, by ciruelillos, Michay and Calafate.

In fauna we will find Carpenters, Pitio, Coliparados, Huet huet, Chucao, fox, armadillo, skunk and eventually Puma and wild boar. And in the Blanco River, you can fish for Chinoc Salmon, Rainbow Trout and Fario Trout.

The field has two accesses:

  • On the south side through a gravel road in excellent condition of 7.8 kilometers and then an easement of 6kms long.
  • From the Montreal Lake through an easement of 5.8 km long that enters through the high sector (northwest) of the field.

There is cellular signal in the upper part of the camp and in some sectors in the middle upper part, there is no electricity, no water well, the soil is composed of a mixture of earth and fine clay and snow falls between the end of May and August.
