The field is accessed from a rural road that leads south from route U-40, which connects Bahía Mansa and Osorno.

The field has two entrances that lead directly to the rural road. And through one of these, there is an internal road that also serves as an easement to other neighboring fields.

Characteristics of the property

• The property has a river approximately 1 km long where you can fish, several streams and springs, all within a gently sloping hill, with various native species, diverse fauna, and beautiful views.
• The property also has electricity within the field, water comes from springs, and there is good telecommunications signal in several areas of the place.
• The property is mostly covered with native forest, primarily with species such as tineo, luma, meli, and mañio, and to a lesser extent, ulmo, canelo, hazelnut trees, tepa, coigue, and larch.

The field has indigenous status, taking advantage of the benefit acquired from the state, for indigenous individuals and indigenous communities.
