Welcome to Campo Putrihue. Located near the picturesque town of Riachuelo, in the commune of Rio Negro, province of Osorno, Lake District.

The farm has a total of 17.5 hectares. It is separated by a public road that divides the field. On the one hand, in 5 hectares of meadows with flat relief and 260mts of estuary shore, and on the other hand, in 12.5 hectares of native forest with a slight slope and beautiful view of the valley.

The road that crosses the countryside takes us to the Hueyelhue sector, Bahía Mansa and Caleta Cóndor, known to be one of the most attractive places in Chile and with an immense potential for future development.

Characteristics of the Putrihue Field

• There are Saesa electric poles that cross the road.
• There is an RPA in the vicinity, although no steps have been taken to enroll in it, and there are no previous constructions.
• The perimeter is fenced and to get there you will only have 2 kilometers of gravel road in excellent condition.

Previously, the field was used for planting oats, raising cattle and obtaining firewood for family use. The site offers several possibilities, including building an ecological park in the 12.5 hectares of forest, building a hostel with a barbecue area near the estuary, raising your own animals and plenty of space for agriculture.
