We invite you to visit a 25.5 hectares high altitude field located in the Tambor Bajo sector, 16 kms west of the city of Los Muermos and 1:20 hours from Puerto Varas, with a great view to the east towards the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, and a view to the west towards the mouth of the Maullín river.
The property is accessed from Los Muermos through a paved road and then a 2-kilometer gravel road in good condition. Finally, it is entered through an easement of a few meters that initially gives access to a neighbor and then reaches the field.
The property has access to electricity, which passes through the rural road and then enters through the easement to the neighboring house, being at a distance of 250 meters from the field.
On the other hand, the field has abundant water through several springs and a large stream of approximately 700 meters that runs through the middle of the field.
There is a good telephone signal, there are no current constructions and it is fenced in part of its perimeter.
The property has mostly renoval and old native forest, predominantly Coigue, Canelo and Tepa, in addition to Arrayanes and Luma, all in soft and medium slope. It also has clear meadows with gentle slopes and in some parts flat.
Nearby there is a post office, minimarket and church. Also, 16kms away is Los Muermos where you can stock up on everything you need.
