Field in Los Muermos, Yerbas Buena – Los Lagos Region

Among the predominant species are tepa, cinnamon, ulmo, luma, olive, radal, morning, lingua, hazelnut and meli, which give life to a rich and diverse ecosystem. The fauna of the place includes foxes, hares and, occasionally, pumas, reflecting the natural balance that characterizes this area.

The property is located in a poniente exhibition, with a temperate climate and ideal conditions for various agricultural and forestry activities. The contributions are low, approximately 18,000 pesos quarterly. There are no prohibitions or legal effects on property, and it is not listed as indigenous land.

Its strategic location makes it easy to reach Los Muermos or Fresia, both at a similar distance, and is located an hour and twenty minutes from El Tepual airport in Puerto Montt. Access is on a rural road of ripian in good condition, with public locomotion that passes once a day to Los Muermos. The mobile phone signal is good, especially from the Entel and Claro companies.
