Welcome to a 65.7 hectare field with 800 meters of river bank located in the Rio Norte sector, north east of Coyhaique, east of Villa Mañihuales and close to the well known Moon Valley.
The property borders the north river for about 800 meters, where you can fish and where there is a large waterfall. In the high part it has a beautiful lagoon where you can observe majestic views decorated by mountain ranges with cliffs and condoreras.
In addition, the field has streams and springs in its interior. There is electricity on the rural road that passes 750 meters from the entrance to the field, water is obtained through springs, there are fences in part of its perimeter and for the management of animals, and there is little telephone signal.
The access to the field is through a gravel road in good condition and then a bridge that will soon be renovated by a mechanical one. Finally, access is via an inscribed easement of approx. 1.2kms. which is half finished.
In flora there is mostly lenga, ñirre, calafate, bunchgrass, black bush and clover. In the wildlife we will be able to see foxes, deer, pumas, wild boars, condors, woodpeckers, pitios, coliparados, Huet Huet and Chucao.
Previously the field was used for sheep fattening and sporadic firewood extraction.
The 65.7 hectare field in Coyhaique, corresponding to Lot G, is part of the subdivision carried out by an estate. Adjacent to Lot G there are other fields for sale: Lot H of 65,7ha with 500mts of river, Lot C of 65,7ha and 820mts of river, and Lot E of 55,7ha without river, all with easement, properties that are sold at the same price per hectare as Lot G and that open the possibility to grow in this incredible place.
