40ha Field El Mañio Fresia – Los Lagos Region

It is located 1 hour west of Puerto Varas and can be accessed from Estación Río Frío, Los Muermos or Fresia by a paved route up to 5 km from the site. From there, it continues along a good gravel road, which will soon be largely asphalted. The parcel includes a 66 m² larch cabin, a 42 m² cabin, two sheds of 105 m² and 48 m² respectively, a 24 m² wine cellar, a small animal pen, and a greenhouse. Electricity reaches the house, it has spring water, a stream in ¾ of its surroundings, fruit trees —apples, plums, cherries, and guindos— and a 50%-50% proportion of native trees, with a great view towards Estación Río Frío and Los Muermos.
