Field 93ha Villa Ortega – Aysén Region

A FIELD IN VILLA ORTEGA WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW OF THE PATAGONIAN MOUNTAIN RANGE!

Come to a 93 hectare field located 43 kilometers north of Coyhaique and 18 kilometers from the Carretera Austral, near Villa Ortega.

The property of particular physiognomy and impressive beauty, has a unique view of the Patagonian mountain range. It is ideal for those who want to conserve the ecosystem and undertake a new project.

• There is an approved rural electrification project that will allow it to be connected to the field during this year. Water is supplied by streams and springs located within the property. In some areas there is good cell phone coverage and there are fences around part of the perimeter.
• The farm is accessed from Route 7 (Carretera Austral), at Villa Ortega, on a 18 km long gravel road in good condition. From Villa Ortega one can head north to Villa Mañihuales or south to Coyhaique, all on paved roads.
• The property is located 5kms from the international route to Alto Río Senguer and other beauties of neighboring Argentina.

Villa Ortega’s surroundings and attractions

In the vicinity of the field there are rivers suitable for fly fishing, such as the Emperador Guillermo and Ñirehuao rivers. And within 30 kms of the place, there are several lakes: Los Juntos, Lago Norte, Lago Misterioso and Lago Zapato. And just 5kms away there is a lagoon called Los Arados, and very close to the camp, there is a very interesting lagoon on fiscal land.

There are hunting and fishing lodges, trekking, horseback riding and others.

Flora and fauna

The field has a beautiful flora composed mostly of lenga, calafate, bunch grass, black bush and clover. In the wildlife we will be able to see foxes, deer, pumas, wild boars, condors, woodpeckers, pitios, coliparados, Huet Huet and Chucao.

Finally, the sedimentary rocks and lush native forests of its mountain ranges exhibit numerous fascinating formations, a delight for geologists and nature lovers.
